Stanowisko KIGEiT dot. wyjątku 25 dyrektywy RoHS: zakazu stosowania tlenku ołowiu w panelach plazmowych

KIGEiT wspiera stanowisko LGE Mława dotyczące modyfikacji tego punktu poprzezi doprecyzowanie okresu końca obowiązywania tego wyłączenia oraz o wprowadzenie okresu przejściowego dla sprzętu już wprowadzonego na rynek.

Przedstawiamy Państwu wystąpienie firmy LGE Mława odnoszące się do wyj. 25 dyrektywy (Comission Decision of 12 Oct 2006) „wyjątek dla używania tlenku ołowiu w panelach plazmowych” :

25. Lead oxide in plasma display panels (PDP) and surface conduction electron emitter displays (SED) used in structural elements; notably in the front and rear glass dielectric layer, the bus electrode, the black stripe, the address electrode, the barrier ribs, the seal frit and frit ring as well as in print pastes.

LGE Mława zwraca się o modyfikację tego punktu i doprecyzowanie okresu końca obowiązywania tego wyłączenia, w brzmieniu:

Lead oxide in plasma display panels (PDP) used in structural elements; notably in the front and rear glass dielectric layer, the seal frit and frit ring as well as in print pastel until 30 June 2010 and for spare parts the repair and reuse of equipment put on the market before 1 July 2010.”

oraz o wprowadzenie okresu przejściowego dla sprzętu już wprowadzonego na rynek (pismo 2).
