Ostatnia konferencja w ramach projektu DICE — "European Forum for Mobile TV 2006" Berlin.

Ta bardzo udana konferencja była ostatnią z serii organizowanych przez DICE — Digital Innovation through Cooperation in Europe. Udział wzięło ponad 300 osób z 12 krajów europejskich. 25 mówców debatowało o różnych kwestiach związanych z rozwojem telewizji mobilnej.
